  • Justine has been a leader in cybersecurity and cryptography for more than 25 years.

    She served as CISO at Bloomberg, LP, where she founded the information security group, as CEO of offensive security company Immunity, Inc., and as CEO of medical security research firm MedSec, where her work led directly to FDA recalls of implantable medical devices. She has served for years as a member of the Blackhat Review Board and Blackhat’s CISO Summit Advisory Board, and as Head of Infrastructure and Information Security at Dow Jones, where Justine led cloud transformation and information security. She has advised several Fortune 50 companies and continues to serve on the Advisory Board of HP. Other companies Justine has advised include Redjack, Decentraweb, Emergent Security, and Drawbridge Networks. In her early career, Justine served as a security researcher at New Zealand's GCSB, which seconded her to the NSA, and then joined the ISS X-Force as a security researcher.

    Justine holds dual USA and New Zealand citizenship. She and her husband, along with their children, live between their homes in Miami Beach, Ormond Beach, New York City and New Zealand.

J is also a founder of CryptoISAC. Prior to launching Evertas, he was a leader in the enterprise blockchain space and was one of the first to work on institutional custody for crypto. In this capacity, he served as an early, significant contributor to blockchain consortia including R3 and Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, of which he was a founding member. He was an integral part of the first enterprise blockchain RFP and has worked on numerous blockchain-based systems.   • Jeff Lunglhofer is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Coinbase. In his role, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of Cyber Strategy, Operations, Engineering, and Architecture as well as Trust & Safety for Coinbase retail and institutional customers. Jeff’s responsibilities go beyond traditional infrastructure and finance - extending into web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) where Jeff’s Blockchain Security team and Unit 0x team of blockchain researchers work tirelessly to secure the entire crypto ecosystem.

    Prior to joining Coinbase, Jeff served as the CISO for Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon). In his role, Jeff was responsible for designing, implementing, and nurturing a world-class cybersecurity program providing comprehensive cybersecurity operations and engineering services across the entire BNY Mellon enterprise. Jeff grew a team of over 500 cybersecurity professionals spanning operations and engineering disciplines ranging from Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Hunt teams to a global Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, engineering and operations team. Himanshu brings almost 20 years of business experience to this role- having worked with founders, investors, technologists, and academics to build and scale businesses in fast-moving, high-performance cultures. He has worked in a variety of businesses, across different sizes/stages of companies, and with management teams with varying levels of leadership experience. Himanshu's most recent experiences have been focused on VC-backed growth stage companies, including Chief People Officer roles at Compass (tech-driven real estate brokerage) and Capsule (healthcare/pharmacy technology). Himanshu's prior leadership experience includes a variety of global Human Resources and Talent Management roles at Blackstone, PIMCO, and Citigroup. His specific leadership responsibilities have included coaching CEOs; managing board relationships; building out leadership teams; scaling recruiting functions; driving organizational effectiveness; and, rewards strategies. Marlys has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry across fintech, insurance, credit card and banking. Mark D. Young

Mark D. Young is an authority on advanced technology and its application to public and private environments. He led the development, implementation, and oversight of U.S. security policies, plans, and operations for the past 25 years.

  • He is the Chief Risk Officer at Consensys Software Inc., the global leader in web3 software. He previously founded an advanced artificial intelligence platform that evaluates the reliability of online news media for the information and financial business sectors. In the public sector, Mr. Young served as the Executive Director for Plans and Policy at U.S. Cyber Command. He drafted and executed strategy, policy, and doctrine for all types of cyberspace operations. He was an advisor to the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and led the Command’s interagency interactions on multiple National Security Staff working groups. Before Cyber Command, he was the Special Counsel for Defense Intelligence on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in the House of Representatives. Mr. Young served more than 12 years at NSA and is a former Naval Aviator flying the Grumman E-2C Hawkeye. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University in 1992 and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006. Mr. Young is a member of the Maryland Bar and has published in multiple legal journals. He is a Senior Advisor at the Digital Dollar Project, an Ambassador for Security and Resilience for the Global Business Blockchain Council, and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations
